Black Bean & Corn Salsa

| 1/4 cup | Hellmann's® with Bertolli® Olive Oil | 50 mL |
| 2 tbsp | lime juice | 30 mL |
| 1/2 tsp | ground cumin | 2 mL |
| 1 can | (19 oz/540 mL) black beans, rinsed and drained | 1 can |
| 1 can | (12 oz/341 mL) whole kernel corn, drained | 1 can |
| 1 cup | quartered grape or cherry tomatoes | 250 mL |
| 1/2 cup | chopped red onion | 125 mL |
| 2 tbsp | chopped fresh cilantro | 30 mL |
| 1 tsp | chopped jalapeño pepper (optional) | 5 mL |
- In medium bowl, blend mayonnaise, lime juice and cumin. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
