Broccoli Salad

| 1/3 cup | Hellmann's® Ultra Low Fat mayonnaise | 75 mL |
| 2 tsp | each sugar and lemon juice | 10 mL |
| 1/4 tsp | each salt and pepper | 1 mL |
| 4 cups | bite-size broccoli florets | 1 L |
| 3/4 cup | shredded old Cheddar cheese | 175 mL |
| 1/3 cup | raisins | 75 mL |
| 1/4 cup | chopped red onion | 50 mL |
| 4 | slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled | 4 |
- In small bowl stir mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well blended. In large bowl combine broccoli, cheese, raisins and onion.
- Add mayonnaise mixture and toss until salad is evenly coated. Add bacon and toss lightly; serve immediately.
- Variations: Use crumbled feta cheese instead of Cheddar. For a heartier salad, add cooked kidney beans or chickpeas.
